Return Policy

Overview

Our items are custom made as you order it. We print your shirt as requested once you place your order. We also ship our orders free of charge and eat those costs on our end. As such, we typically do not allow Refunds, returns and exchanges via website orders. we would encourage you to order the items that you would like accurately when you place your order, we usually begin producing your items right away. However, we are happy to address these issues on a case by case basis as they occur and will make exceptions to this when necessary.

Any return, exchange, or refund must occur within 30 days of original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For a misprint or flaw in the garment/item, we will gladly exchange your item for an unflawed one.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, exchange, or refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We email a receipt to the buyer of the item when they place the order.

Refunds

Any return, exchange, or refund must occur within 30 days of original purchase.

In order to get a refund on your purchase, you must return the item or items in question to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of approval.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@strangeandunusualtshirts.com to begin the process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
